As our Solution Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring that changes to Vitality Invest applications are designed and delivered in accordance with IT Delivery policies and standards. You will also be accountable for understanding the business need and translating it into technology solutions that are designed and built in accordance with Vitality IT Delivery policies and standards.

Key responsibilities of our Solution Architect:

• Helping to set up a new digital capability within the Group, focusing on the Invest business, and being the architect and technical lead for the team

• Working closely with business and technical SMEs both within the organisation and third parties, to design, and with the team, to deliver, digital solutions in line with Group policies and standards

• Undertaking a hands-on technical leadership role in a newly formed team that will require development, especially prototyping and PoCs, but production code as well
